The setup process is quick and easy. Once the agreement is in place, we aim to have your machine and lock box installed within 2–3 weeks, depending on your club's schedule.

We install a secure lock box for the ball machine at your club. Players book online, unlock the box with their code, and use the machine during their booked time. We also provide detailed instructional guides so players get the most out of every session.

We supply ready-to-use promotions and content for your club's newsletters and social media, run open day showcases, and list your club on our website so players can find and book your machine.

Yes, clubs can customise certain booking rules to fit their specific needs, such as setting time limits or restricting peak hours.

Yes, clubs can run promotions or offer discounts through our platform. We ask that you come to us first, ideally we work together on these as a way to drive both court bookings and machine hire.

We provide pro level tennis and pickleball ball machines with customisable settings for different skill levels.

We handle all repairs and replacements at no cost to the club. Match Point will swap out your ball machine for a working machine where possible to minimise downtime.

Our ball machines are stored in secure, tamper-proof lock boxes that can only be opened with a unique code sent to the player who booked. The code works from 15 minutes before the session until 15 minutes after it ends.

Our team services the machines regularly to keep them in top working condition and checks that the balls are still good quality. Players can report any damage or issues, and we'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

Clubs receive a share of the booking fees, providing a new revenue stream without any upfront costs.

There is no initial cost for clubs to participate; we handle the installation and maintenance of the lock boxes and machines.

Each quarter we email your club a statement showing the bookings, hours and revenue at your club, and the commission owed under your agreement. Your club then invoices us for that amount.
